By accessing our website, booking our transport network, hiring our packers & movers, or utilizing our vehicle insurance, documentation, and digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Advantage India provides multi-faceted professional solutions under one roof, including but not limited to:

• All-India transport, part & full load freight forwarding, and advance booking facilities.
• Door-to-door packers & movers, labor staff loading/unloading, and godown storage facilities.
• Vehicle insurance documentation, sale/purchase assistance, and commercial vehicle finance options.
• Digital taxation services, GST returns, firm registration, e-commerce platform setup, and tour & travel planning.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Advance Fares

All transport and packing bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via our official helpline numbers (+91 9540387383 / +91 9560193858) or digital portals. Advance booking deposits and service fees must be settled as agreed upon during quotation to lock in vehicles and schedules.

4. User Responsibilities & Goods Declaration

When booking transport or packers & movers, clients must provide accurate item lists and legal documentation for goods in transit. Advantage India holds zero liability for illegal, hazardous, or undeclared restricted items loaded into vehicles. Clients are advised to ensure proper vehicle insurance is active for high-value shipments.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain 100% commitment to safe, fast, and reliable delivery backed by GPS tracking, Advantage India shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather events, highway blockades, or government regulatory restrictions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
