Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Advantage India, we strive to deliver professional, transparent, and top-tier logistics, packers & movers, vehicle insurance documentation, and digital services. Because our offerings are service-oriented (transportation, freight transit, advisory, taxation filings, and documentation), standard physical item "returns" do not apply. However, this policy outlines our framework regarding booking cancellations, service adjustments, and refund claims.

2. Booking Cancellations & Advance Deposits

If you need to cancel a confirmed transport, packer & mover booking, or digital service order, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: Cancellations made well in advance of vehicle dispatch or service execution may qualify for a partial or full refund of advance booking deposits, subject to deduction of any administrative expenses already incurred.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: If a transport vehicle or packing crew has already been dispatched to your location, advance deposits are non-refundable to cover deployment and labor costs.

3. Service Discrepancies & Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a service dispute, discrepancy in freight handling, or billing error regarding transport or taxation filings:

• Clients must report any issues or claims in writing or via our official helpline within 48 hours of service completion.
• Each case will be thoroughly investigated by our operations team based on consignment notes, GPS logs, and signed delivery receipts.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (arising from overpayments, canceled advance bookings, or documented billing adjustments) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment or direct bank transfer.
